Daltec first came to life in 1999 as the name of my fledgling graphic design concern. Ahh,
1999.... wasn't that a time. Does anybody even remember Flooz.
Since then, "Daltec" has become the rubric under which a host of initiatives have been lumped. Daltec Design is still going strong, of course, but now there is also the Daltec public wireless node, the Daltec organic vegetable concern, the Daltec Mulch Pile, the Daltec bakery, the Daltec carpentry shop, the Daltec waste management firm, and the limited edition Daltec Signature Special reciprocating saw.
Okay so I made those last few things up. But remember the name DALTEC, folks. It has exactly the same number of letters as DONUTS. Coincidence?
